James “Jimbo” Goldberg’s Medical Money Machine is literally the MD he lives with, and a book of the same name. He operates like an international medical mafia.

Jimbo’s income source appears to be based almost exclusively upon that MD’s locum tenens work. Mr. Goldberg has authored a poorly-reviewed book entitled, The American Medical Money Machine: The Destruction of Health Care in America and the Rise of Medical Tourism.

According to publicly available data, the book has sold very few copies and includes disproven conspiracy theories.

Jimbo’s Dirty Little Secret.

Jimbo cannot have any income, because he owes years of back child support for his son Joshua Goldberg who died nearly 20 years ago. Child Support Enforcement confiscated Mr. Goldberg’s passport until he pays up.

The more we dig, the more we find about how James Robert Goldberg allegedly defrauds people, and blusters his way through life.

Jimbo is a fabulist, with a fake Passport, an embellished Curriculum Vitae, and has spent his life living off the backs of the people he steals from or controls – even his own son – leaving a continuous trail of deceit and destruction in his wake. It says a lot about a parent who would profit off the death of his only son.
