Jimbo leaves a trail of destruction wherever he goes, without any concern for other people’s feelings, lives or property. Mr. Goldberg seems to have a complete lack of empathy for other people, often responding with anger, arrogance, and entitlement. We’ve interviewed multiple victims and conclude this pattern is consistent.
Deadbeat Dad
Jimbo owes the State of California an enormous sum of money because of his lack of payment of any child support for his only son, Joshua. As a result of his being a deadbeat dad, California has revoked his passport. He has unsuccessfully tried to move this case out of California, in hopes of finding a sympathetic judge.

Murder at No. 28: Why We Believe Jimbo Tried to Murder Our Friend
An urgent warning about James Robert Goldberg
According to an ABMS Board Certified medical team and the physical evidence, our friend was deliberately poisoned by James “Jimbo” Robert Goldberg with catastrophic effects on his life.
When this was brought to the attention of Goldberg, his response was chilling:
“I can’t believe you’re not dead yet.”
James Robert “Jimbo” Goldberg, and his colleague who is an MD, invited a dear friend of ours to their home located at 28 Canon Escondido to assist Mr. Goldberg after he fell and injured himself while intoxicated. What came next destroyed our friend’s life, by design.
Our friend who never missed an opportunity to help others, traveled some 1500 miles away from his medical care team as he was recovering from a life-threatening cardiovascular event. This is a fact about which Goldberg and his colleague (coincidentally our friend’s former MD) were well aware.
After a short time, Mr. Goldberg threw our friend out, keeping his belongings for weeks until law enforcement got involved to retrieve them, and cheating our friend out of the money he was promised for his efforts. This appears to have been a deliberate plan from the start by Goldberg, a pattern that repeats itself over and over again in Jimbo’s life story. Many victims everywhere he goes.
Poisoning of a patient.
Medical tests and his doctors conclude that our friend was intentionally poisoned while assisting Mr. Goldberg, causing irreparable harm, cutting short and forever diminishing the quality of his life. Mr. Goldberg threatened to distribute his HIPAA-protected private information and medical records (from his MD associate’s patient files) if he reported this to the authorities or demanded money he was legitimately owed for providing assistance to Mr. Goldberg at his request (which has never been paid). Here is Goldberg’s threatening text:
“I have your SS # and address. Do you think [hospital name redacted] would like to know how to finger you? $4500 vs $80,000. Also 1099?”

Our research has uncovered a body of elaborate lies told by Jimbo. Here are just a few:

- He was close friends and regularly socialized with Janis Joplin.
- His primary source of financial support – the MD he lives with/off of – grew up in Moscow and attended the KGB School with Vladimir Putin, barely escaping Russia with her professional medical credentials kept safe in a diplomatic pouch.
- Jimbo regularly boasts in detail about a long line of beautiful women uncontrollably fawning over him.
Janis Joplin died in 1970 and cannot be consulted on this matter. His MD cash cow has strongly refuted the above claim, and we cannot locate any beautiful women who ever pined for Jimbo. Given Mr. Goldberg’s apparent tendency toward the fictional, it would seem this latter claim is dubious and delusional at best. The recent Jimbo photo to the left or on top of this text, depending upon your device, speaks for itself.

We’ve done a deep dive into Jimbo’s Curriculum Vitae, authored by himself, which is posted on his LinkedIn profile and memorialized on this website.
On his CV, Mr. Goldberg claims to have founded or been a principal in various companies, some of which existed before his birth, and almost all of which could not verify his ever being a contractor, employee, founder, or principal of their organizations. There are several other questionable CV claims by Mr. Goldberg.

Jimbo’s disturbing pattern of behavior
We have done a considerable amount of fact-gathering and intelligence work on Jimbo. We have discovered a sustained pattern of behavior by Goldberg, where workers and providers are defrauded and services and time are stolen, unjustly enriching Goldberg.
Victimization of Patients
We have documented the case of over 30 former patients of Goldberg’s MD benefactor and colleague, and will be posting our findings on this site and in other places, along with patient video statements.
Many of that MD’s former patients, having discovered one another through our work, are working together, organizing, and reporting this to all the right places, including the relevant authorities.
Meanwhile, Jimbo appears to have fled to Mexico, apparently continuing to defraud people remotely.
Vandalism
In addition, we have information that Mr. Goldberg hired someone to vandalize a friend’s car repeatedly, destroying it completely, all of this captured on surveillance camera. We will be publishing this information here and in other places as well.
Theft and Fraud
Our colleagues have previously assisted Mr. Goldberg and his MD associate in recovering lost data related to the MD’s medical practice, and have never gotten paid by Goldberg for over 500 billable hours, unjustly enriching him. Goldberg and his MD associate won their legal case as a direct result of this never-paid-for work.
It is typical for Mr. Goldberg to stiff providers with whom he contracts for various tasks. There are an enormous amount of legal cases all over USA court system where Goldberg has been sued successfully by people or businesses he defrauded.
In one case in New Mexico, Goldberg leased the MD’s home to someone and then recorded the renter’s most intimate and private moments remotely, initially without their knowledge. The renters moved out and sued Goldberg including for the return of nearly $100,000 USD that was paid in advance for a bogus lease agreement.
A Vexatious Litigant
Mr. Goldberg, in particular, appears to be a vexatious litigant, though rarely successful. Public court records in California, New Mexico, and more, seem to indicate that Mr. Goldberg uses the court system and litigation to further harm and bully his victims, ultimately withdrawing or failing otherwise when the case is dismissed entirely by a judge because of the lack of any merit.
